Business Continuity Management (BCM) focuses on creating and maintaining resilience strategies for business processes. Many clients know the core processes that make their business successful. However, many of them do not know the financial, regulatory, or customer impact to their company if any of those business processes become partially or fully unavailable due to a disaster. Continuity First works with clients to perform business impact analysis to determine not only the key business processes that must be available during a disaster, but also to identify and implement strategies to quickly recover or keep those business processes up and running regardless of the disruption.
