Continuity First's privacy policy is:

1. We track the referrers, public IP addresses, web browser, browser versions, operating systems and operating system versions of every visitor to our website. This allows us to collect and analyze statistics about the traffic patterns of visitors to our website and provides a forensic trail if our website is attacked. With the exception of responding to subpoena from any US jurisdiction, this information is not disclosed to any party outside of Continuity First.
2. We do not disclose any information about the people who send inquiries to our website outside of Continuity First. The only exception to this is if we receive a subpoena from any US jurisdiction, we will cooperate with the subpoena.
3. If you send an inquiry to Continuity First through our website, we may automatically add your postal and e-mail address to a mailing list to receive information and offers via US Mail and/or electronic mail. We commit to providing a simple mechanism for recipients to opt out of receiving these communications and removal from our lists within 30 days of receipt of notification that you wish to be removed.
4. In general, we try not to set permanent cookies, however we may use session cookies for certain functionality we roll out in the future.
